Courtney Taylor (she/her) is the Building Operations Manager at University Apartments. She oversees everything that happens in our buildings, from move-ins, to maintenance requests, to events. She is one of the oldest University Apartments employees, beginning her career as a Leasing and Marketing intern in 2018. Since then, she’s managed over 1100 tenants in our properties in Montreal and Halifax. She plans to continue the success in our upcoming properties.
MY BACKGROUND
Courtney is passionate about how people use the spaces around them, which is what brought her to complete her Bachelor’s of Community Design with Honours in Urban Design and Planning at Dalhousie University (‘16). Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia, she’s one of the Halifax locals on staff. Courtney loved her time as a student at DAL, working for the DSU and as the Captain of Dalhousie’s Cheerleading Team. She made amazing memories in her many student apartments and is excited to welcome new residents into their first apartments.

A LITTLE EXTRA
In her free time Courtney loves to practice yoga, do a coastline hike, or host wine tastings for her friends. She loves everything outdoors and nature – if she’s on vacation she’s probably climbing a mountain in Banff National Park or out for a paddle on the lake.
